Legal Action Initiated Against Walmart for Toilet Video Peeper

Atlanta Lawyer, Jonathan W. Johnson, announced today that he filed a lawsuit against Defendants Walmart and Lester Jolly for taking pictures and/or videos of Plaintiffs Ashley Jones, Jahvanna Ruff, Demetria Salmon, Jessica Streeter, and Dorothy Young in the Walmart women's bathroom.

Atlanta Lawyer Jonathan W. Johnson announced today that he filed a lawsuit against Defendants Walmart and Lester Jolly for taking pictures and/or videos of Plaintiffs Ashley Jones, Jahvanna Ruff, Demetria Salmon, Jessica Streeter, and Dorothy Young in the Walmart women's bathroom. Walmart carelessly allowed its employee, Defendant Lester Jolly to invade the privacy of females while they utilized the restroom at the Walmart located at 3580 Memorial Drive, Decatur, Georgia.  The case is filed in the state court of Dekalb county, Georgia, CIVIL ACTION FILE NO. 23A05446

Lester Jolly, a Walmart janitor hid in the Walmart women's bathroom and took videos of multiple women with his smartphone in the store's restroom,  infringing upon their right to privacy. Walmart and Jolly are jointly liable for the severe injuries to Plaintiffs caused by their outrageous actions which constituted invasion of privacy.  The lawsuit seeks damages for the affected individual and underscores Jonathan's commitment to holding companies accountable for actions that violate the law. Plaintiffs have suffered severe pain, humiliation, mortification, mental, emotional, and psychological distress, anxiety, and PTSD that continues to this day. Plaintiffs are entitled to damages, including punitive damages for the outrageous willful, conscious, and callous indifference to the privacy of Plaintiffs.  Mr. Jolly was arrested following complaints to the police by the victims and has reportedly admitted that he was making videos of women who were using the toilet.

"We will do everything possible to make sure that these women receive justice," stated Jonathan W. Johnson  "My clients do not know what Mr. Jolly did with the intimate videos and photos of them and this will remain a source of fear for these women for many years to come.  We still do not know just how many women were filmed in the toilet or if there were any underage individuals filmed"
