Oil Prices Hit 10-Month High, US Inflation Higher Than Expected

Oil prices extended 10-month highs on Wednesday. Meanwhile, annual inflation rose higher-than-expected to 3.7% in August. Benchmark Brent futures rose 0.5% to $92.51 a barrel, marking the highest level since November 2022.
