REVIEW: Cincinnati Opera’s ‘The Knock’ paints an emotional portrait of the cost of war

At the climax of the new opera presented by Cincinnati Opera, “The Knock,” Lt. Roberto Gonzalez has the most difficult task of his Army career. He must tell a young wife that her husband has been killed in battle at Fallujah, during the surge of Iraq.
