The site is divided into three main sections: "Jobs,""Employers," and "Candidates." For employers, it is quite straightforward to find candidates based on their skillset, location, and experience by going to the "candidates" page directly. For the job seekers, they can click on the "jobs" button to access the job listing page and then apply through USAPlanB by simply filling out their resume profile and submitting it on the platform. Once the process is successfully completed, they can start applying for jobs that best suit their career goals.

In addition to posting jobs on the site, the company also provides a platform where employers can post internships or apprenticeships directly from their company website by using our widget code or embedding it into any page of their websites.
