The commute to San Francisco is easy – a bus goes directly to the financial district from the entrance and the SMART train takes you right to the ferry. The drive is 30 mins into the city and most of the traffic is missed.
There are occasionally houses for sale in the area – and we snapped up a 3 bedder for under $800k which is unheard of in Marin.
