Decentral Capital announces initial private placement funding of $1,000,000 CAD.

Decentral Capital Inc. today announced an initial private placement funding of $1,000,000. The Company will issue 250,000 shares for the first tranche of the Private Placement at a price of CAD$4 per Share. All shares issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a 12-month hold period.
In addition, Canadian investors are able to purchase and hold their shares in a tax-sheltered RRSP and TFSA account. “We are excited to provide investors an opportunity to share in the success of the new and exciting cryptocurrency asset class,” says Eric Kasanowski, Founder and President at Decentral Capital.
The initial private placement funding will be used for day-to-day business operations and to fund an aggressive growth strategy. Specifically, the areas that the company will focus on are:

- Additional hires
- Implement and expand current marketing initiates
The company has acquired $2,000,000 of assets under management and is targeting an increase of 400% to 500% of AUM growth in the next 6-8 months.
