CARY, N.C. – July 27, 2021 – iEntertainment Network Inc., (OTCBB: IENT) announces that IENT has filed with OTC Markets to maintain the OTCBB:IENT public listing as per the new OTC rule changes to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 going into effect in September 2021.
IENT is also in discussions with various parties who appear to be interested in IENT’s stock listing, its $10 million+ Tax NOL, and its over 50 successful games in its portfolio for remastering and release.
IENT continues to operate its WarBirds games with revenues from online subscriptions and Steam retail sales. IENT’s Bow Hunter and Fighter Pilot Academy mobile games also continue to generate revenues for IENT.
IENT has been offered games for publishing from various developers and is reviewing four potential opportunities at this time.
