The Boop Shop, an all-new pet-oriented startup, is thrilled to announce the launch of its flagship product— personalized pet tags that resemble the dogs who wear them. The company is currently live on global platform Kickstarter and a breakout crowdfunding success story having already raised over 100% of their initial raise goal.
Most dog tags on the market are generic and plain, and come nowhere near to capturing the amazing personality of human’s furry best friend. The Boop Shop is a groundbreaking new tag featuring lovable and charming caricatures of over 40 different breeds.
“When I created the project, the inspiration was simple: deep love for animals and desire to provide high-quality tags that truly reflect your pup's unique qualities,” says founder and CEO Janessa Teodoro. “Last year, we welcomed a goofy pooch to our family, who stole my heart and he's been my sidekick ever since. I searched for a cute tag that can truly show his charm but I couldn't find one anywhere.”
The Boop Shop pet tags are manufactured with the highest of quality and are resistant to scratches and fading. Zinc is used in the metal construction which is known for its corrosion-resistant properties. This helps to maintain durability while keeping them lightweight for everyday wear.
For the crowdfunding campaign, the company is offering 3 tiers of rewards for early backers— regular tags, limited custom tags and exclusive custom tags. For the limited and exclusive tags, backers are able to customize their tag to their dogs likeness including breed, coat color, eye color and even tongue color. For the exclusive custom tag, users are able to select a decorative flower design and have their dog’s name appear on the front in a custom font and color. All tags are available with deep and permanent engraving on the ant-scratch back surface.
“I believe other dog moms and dads can relate to me when I say, I only want the best for my dog. Unlike the tags currently on the market, ours are not limited to being pet tags, they can be used as keychains and bag accessories. I have an extra one as a keychain, it's like taking my dog with me wherever. Plus when someone sees it and asks, I get to talk about my dog. They're both practical and aesthetically pleasing,” adds Teodoro.
