Dalton Alexander Daughtrey, a Chattanooga TN native and resident has reestablished One Force Marketing, a marketing and advisory consultancy named after a business founded by his late father, Nick Daughtrey that went out of operation in the early 2000’s. Dalton revived One Force in 2024 to offer consulting and advisory services to aspiring entrepreneurs, founders, and executives. His aim is to help them make strategic business decisions that increase their time-value, expand their organizations, and create meaningful impact in the world around them.

“My father was my first mentor. My goal was always financial independence. From an early age I was always hustling so that I didn’t have to conform to the norm. There’s something about sitting in a cubicle or punching a clock or asking for time off that just didn’t sit right with me. And I attribute that mindset to first my father, but then to the mentors I’ve made along the way. When looking for a name to fold several consulting and advisory engagements into the name
‘One Force’ hit me like a ton of bricks. I knew in an instant that was what we were going to call it!”

Dalton’s entrepreneurial journey began with a business he co-founded with wife Amber Lynn Daughtrey in 2018 while completing business school. In this direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales and marketing company he collaborated closely with leading advisors and coaches in the industry to not only launch and scale his own business but to assist aspiring entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their businesses too. He has since continued to develop this as one of his main pursuits and passions.
He said his calling in life is to “Help others experience the freedom that I’ve been able to experience.”

Dalton says the meaning of One Force is what matters the most. “It’s the One Force that drives me to serve others. It’s the One Force that brings us all together. It’s the One Force that when utilized properly, can allow anyone to accomplish anything they set their minds to. One Force is more than a company name, it’s what moves us.”
When asked about his company’s Mission he simply said it’s “How can we help?”
