The days start early and run long for any dedicated professional and renowned tax attorney John Mitchell is no exception to the rule.

While the “Legal Talk” television program’s intended audience is the general public, the “Tax Pro Podcast” is intended for the “Circular 230” tax professional community. As such it has a much narrower focus in the niche field of taxation whereas the TV program will delve into a wider range of legal topics.
John is uniquely well-suited to host these programs with an entertaining and engaging style all his own that lets him break down complex legal and tax topics to be easily understood and consumed by novices and experts alike, holding both a law degree as well as a Master of Science in Taxation. John is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the Internal Revenue Service in all 50 states as well as a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI).
John is a member of the American Bar Association’s Tax Section (ABA) as well as the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) as well as being on the Board of Directors of the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents (TXSEA).
