The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Educators Benefit Consultants, LLC (Aviben) with respect to their recent data breach. On or about February 22, 2024, Educators Benefit Consultants became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Educators Benefit Consultants immediately launched an investigation into the incident.
