To kick things off, the Kings Care Foundation most recently supported the “LA Kings Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by CHLA,” which took place on November 27 at Crypto.com Arena. The special game night was a moving tribute to cancer survivors, those currently battling the disease and those who have lost their fight. The evening featured four CHLA families, with young CHLA warriors taking center stage in unique roles such as the ceremonial puck drop, bench captain, warm-up announcer, and a first intermission Zamboni ride alongside the team’s mascot, Bailey. One participant also experienced “Fiala’s Friend’s” program, which included tickets, parking, a pre-game dinner, and a post-game meet-and-greet with Kevin Fiala. CHLA doctors Dr. Alan Wayne and Dr. James Amatruda were also in attendance, with Dr. Amatruda joining a live interview during the first intermission with FanDuel Sports Network. Fans joined in a heartfelt moment of silence to honor loved ones while raising funds and awareness for critical cancer programs.

Looking ahead, the LA Kings and the Kings Care Foundation will continue the season with the highly anticipated “We Are All Kings Night presented by Crypto.com,” when the team takes on the Dallas Stars tonight on December 4 at Crypto.com Arena. The special night will celebrate inclusivity and equity within hockey, emphasizing the Kings’ commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all fans and players. Crypto.com, a long-time LA Kings and Kings Care Foundation partner, will help bring the evening to life for fans by providing key hospitality elements, including premium suite access and unique fan experiences such as Zamboni rides, special in-game recognition and visits from Bailey, a key drum moment and more, all of which will benefit CHLA and other Kings Care Foundation-supported charities.

The Kings Care Foundation will also host additional events through the end of the year, including food drives, toy drives, and the Adopt-a-Family campaign benefiting CHLA’s Holidays From the Heart program. These activities underscore both the LA Kings and the foundation’s ongoing commitment and mission to support wellness, sustainability, social advocacy, and inclusion throughout Southern California.

“As we head into this unforgettable time of year, we’re reminded of the power of community,” said Jennifer Pope, Senior Vice President, Community Relations and Hockey Development, LA Kings. “This holiday season is about more than just hockey – it’s about creating meaningful connections and providing support where it’s needed most. By working with our incredible partners like CHLA, Crypto.com and many others, we can amplify our efforts and make a lasting impact. Together, we’re not just celebrating the holidays; we’re building a better future for families and the many communities we serve across our city.”

Fans attending the upcoming “We Are All King Night presented by Crypto.com,” can look forward to exciting giveaways, on-ice activations, and the opportunity to celebrate the Kings’ dedication to inclusivity and community impact. The team’s additional partner organizations such as YMCA, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Thru Guidance, and Sandy Hook Promise will also be recognized during the game, further amplifying the evening’s significance.
