Thomas brings more than 13 years of experience and has executed multiple transactions in his career. Prior to joining Iron Path, he was the founder of Aliri Capital, a lower-middle-market independent sponsor that focused on investing in family-owned services businesses with $2 million to $15 million of EBITDA. Previously, Thomas was a Managing Director at Sole Source Capital in Dallas, a $555 million middle-market industrial buyout fund. As Head of Origination, he managed a team responsible for building relationships with intermediaries and business owners to source proprietary investment opportunities for the firm.

Earlier in his career, Thomas was a director at Harris Williams, a middle-market investment bank, where he executed sell-side and buy-side deals across numerous sub-sectors within specialty industrials including industrial automation, value-added distribution, and tech enabled services, among others.
