Monterey Peninsula College Awarded American Water Charitable Foundation STEM Education Grant

The American Water Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization established by American Water, the largest regulated water and wastewater utility company in the U.S., announced today that Monterey Peninsula College (MPC) was awarded a STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) Education grant. MPC will use the funds to provide a series of hands-on STEM work-based learning projects involving over 75 students and includes an engineering project competition with other local colleges.
