Shmukler is the co-founder and CEO of Anomalo, an AI-powered automated data quality monitoring platform for enterprises. He previously served in a range of senior growth and product roles at Instacart, LinkedIn, eBay, and Wealthfront. At Instacart, serving as Chief Growth Officer and VP and Head of Product, he helped the company achieve nearly 6X growth in grocery sales and oversaw a 14X increase of subscribers of Instacart Express.

"I’ve long been a fan of using technology to make it easier to live one’s life and run one’s business. So, it’s been exciting to see how FBN is doing that for farmers across North America," said Shmukler. "I'm looking forward to collaborating with the board and FBN executive team in making the FBN platform even better."

"Elliot’s a world class leader in technology and digital marketplaces,” said Alan Willits, Chair of the Board of Directors. “We're excited for him to join our board in building the FBN platform advancing the future of agricultural commerce for farmers."

"Elliot's distinguished tenures at Instacart and eBay give him unparalleled experience that will help us in our ambition to build the leading marketplace for everything farmers need," said Diego Casanello, CEO of FBN.

This announcement comes on the heels of several FBN milestones, including a JV with ADM to deploy sustainability premiums to thousands of farmers, the appointment of Casanello as CEO, the appointment of Guillaume Lubke as CFO, surpassing $2B in financing provided to U.S. growers, reaching the company's 10 year anniversary, and growing sustainability programs for farmers.
