JADE F&B, the company that opened the door to the Korean premium frozen juice market, will participate in the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo held in Anaheim, USA from August 6th to 8th, for 3 days, and will enter the US market for its patented manufacturing method for watermelon slushy juice.

The watermelon slushy juice, which has received much love from Costco Korea and major online retailers, is created by combining food technology such as high pressure processing, a non-thermal sterilization method, and rapid freezing. The product retains watermelon's original taste and fresh aroma, gaining significant popularity among consumers and food and beverage industry professionals. 

ELJADE watermelon slushy juice has been awarded the Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute in 2018 and 2021. The International Taste Institute is a global organization that evaluates the taste of food and beverage products worldwide. A panel of over 200 sensory experts serves as judges to assess and grant certification marks to outstanding products.

The marketing manager from JADE F&B stated that they would actively promote the product through tasting events during the exhibition period. Based on the achievements from this exhibition, they aim to expand their distribution network, focusing on the US market, including Costco.
