Today the company disclosed that Richard L. Paulson, its President and Chief Operating Officer, has advised the company that he plans to retire by the end of the year. Paulson has been with the company for 42 years. Due to the recent downsizing of the company’s operations, the company has no current plans to fill the position after Paulson’s retirement.
