£20 million 8 per cent Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2025
As a result of the average closing price of SkyePharma PLC shares on 3 June 2006
being less than 75% of the prevailing Exchange Price of the 8% Guaranteed
Convertible Bonds due 2025 (77 pence), the Exchange Price has been reset to 58
pence in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds.
