Pandemic Relief Final Deadline: 2024 ERTC Claim Assistance Services Updated

Pandemic relief funds are still available for many small businesses through the ERTC program. LP Consulting and ERTC Express have updated their fast application service to help employers complete their claims before the final deadline.

LP Consulting and ERTC Express have updated a fast claims service to help small business owners apply for their maximum allowable Employee Retention Tax Credits (ERTC) before the final deadline.

In 2020 and 2021, the federal government offered small businesses a rebate program to help keep employees on the payroll during the pandemic, however, many employers still have not completed their applications. ERTC Express offers a fast eligibility test and claims service that uses a team of ERTC specialist CPAs to maximize the rebate for each client.

While many businesses were originally ineligible for the ERTC program, due to having enrolled in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), this requirement was later removed. Employers can now claim ERTC rebates regardless of their PPP loan status, with a final deadline for submissions of April 2025.

The ERTC program is not a tax deferral or loan. It provides a refund from the federal government for wages that employers have already paid, and does not require repayment or have any restrictions on how it can be spent. Employers can claim as much as $21,000 per employee for wages paid in 2021, with no upper limit on funding.

The ERTC Express claims service includes a no-cost, no-obligation eligibility test that can be completed in approximately one minute. This test does not require any proprietary business information, and will include an estimate for each employer’s maximum allowable rebate.

To ensure each client receives the maximum rebate with an accurate filing, the ERTC Express team cross-checks each application with three ERTC specialist CPAs. All employers will also receive the ERTC Express Sleep Well Guarantee, which includes verified proof to protect against an audit.

Startups founded during the pandemic may also be eligible for rebates of up to $100,000 as a Recovery Startup Business. To qualify, these startups must have an average income of less than $1 million, and must have had W-2 employees on the payroll during 2021.

An excerpt from the ERTC Express website explains, “Our team of ERTC specialists will identify the best possible ways to maximize your ERTC refund. On average, our refunds are 40-120% higher than those of large payroll & software companies.”
