On
December 12 and 13, 2005, BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (the
“Company”) met with certain of its investors and
analysts in New York City and Boston and delivered the attached
presentation. The primary purpose of the meetings was to introduce
the Company’s new chief executive officer, Stephen E. Macadam,
to the Company’s investors and analysts. The presentation is
