C. Daniel DeLawder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Park National Corporation (“Park”), made a presentation at the INVEST Ohio Equity Conference on September 15, 2009. The slides that accompanied the presentation are furnished in this Current Report on Form 8-K, pursuant to this Item 7.01, as Exhibit 99.1, and are incorporated herein by reference. The slides are also available in the “Investor Presentations” section of Park’s web site at www.parknationalcorp.com.

Except for the cover page, the slides used for the INVEST Ohio Equity Conference on September 15, 2009 were the same as the slides used for the Rodman and Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference on September 10, 2009. Park filed a Form 8-K on September 9, 2009 including the slide presentation for the Rodman and Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference as Exhibit 99.1.
