In
accordance with information given on our web site Nordic American Tanker
Shipping Limited (the “Company”) today announced that it expects to issue its
1st
quarter 2008 earnings and dividend release May 5, 2008, before the opening of
trading at NYSE. The record date is slightly changed and is now
expected to be May 23, 2008, and the payment date is expected to be June 3,
2008.
The
2nd
quarter 2008 earnings and dividend report is expected to be released August 8,
2008, before the opening of trading at NYSE. The record date for the
2nd
quarter dividend is expected to be August 21, 2008, and the payment date is
expected to be September 2, 2008.
