Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 5, 2017, Fuel Tech, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the NASDAQ Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) notifying the Company that the minimum bid price deficiency of the Company’s common stock that trades under the symbol “FTEK” has been cured and that the Company is in compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), and that NASDAQ considers this matter closed.
