PART III – NARRATIVE

 

Crimson Exploration Inc.’s (“Crimson”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2007 on a timely basis, as Crimson is continuing to discuss with its outside tax consultants the disclosures in the Form 10-Q relating to Interpretation No.48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes-an interpretation of FASB Statement No. 109. Crimson intends to file the Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
