(1) | Ms. Moseley exercised options to purchase 24,999 shares of the Company's common stock. The options were set to expire on January 2, 2011. As approved by the Company's Compensation Committee, Ms. Moseley elected to pay the exercise price of the options ($142,494) by having the Company withhold 17,127 shares having a fair market value equal to the total exercise price. Ms. Moseley retained the remaining 7,872 shares. |
