("GP X Inc.") GP X Inc. is the general partner of First Reserve GP X, L.P. ("GP X"). GP X is the general partner of First Reserve Fund X, L.P. ("Fund X"). Fund X is the sole member of FR X Chart Holdings LLC ("Holdings" and collectively with GP X Inc., GP X, and Fund X, the "Fund Entities.") Holdings is a beneficial owner of securities of the Issuer.
