On November 27, 2017, AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, a Bermuda company, issued the press release attached hereto announcing that it has launched a notes offering by its indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary, AXIS Specialty Finance PLC, a public company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.
