As of March 1, 2017, the Reporting Persons had sold an aggregate of 163,631 shares of Common Stock. The decrease in the Reporting Persons percentage ownership which triggers this Amendment is primarily due to the issuance of additional shares by the Issuer since the filing of the Reporting Persons Schedule 13G dated March 17, 2015. |
