Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Carol A. Williams, a named executive officer of The Dow Chemical Company (the “Company”) announced her retirement from the Company in 2014 with changes in her line responsibilities and resignation as an officer of the Company to be effective December 31, 2013. Ms. Williams will continue to serve as a special advisor providing support for certain joint venture projects until her retirement later in 2014.
