Item 8.01 — Other Events
On February 28, 2012 the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.021 per share on its common stock. This dividend will be payable on March 16, 2012 to shareholders of record of the Company’s common stock at the close of business on March 9, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
