Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated June 29, 2007 filed by Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated June 29, 2007, the Company reported that holders of Company’s Convertible Notes that already had exercised their conversion right exercised their warrants rights. Hence, a reduction of 267,269 warrants and an increase of 526,324 ordinary shares face value pesos 1 (V$N 1) each was made. As a result, the amount of shares of the Company goes from 309,049,896 to 309,576,220. The new amount of warrants outstanding is 3,106,252. The exercise of the warrant was performed according to terms and conditions established in the prospectus of issuance. The amount of shares acquired is equal to the amount of shares into which it was converted the convertible note at a price of US$ 0.6093 for each share face value pesos 1. Therefore US$ 320,691.22 entered into the Company.
