Other Events

On August 11, 2008, Aerosonic Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that on Friday, August 8, 2008, the Company sustained significant damage to one of the buildings comprising its Clearwater, FL facility as a result of a fire and that the Company is working through the details of a recovery plan. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
