On February 6, 2006, Aerosonic Corporation (the “Company”) was informed of the death of director David M. Vosen, who passed away on that date.  Everyone at Aerosonic extends heartfelt condolences to his family. Mr. Vosen joined the Company's Board of Directors in March 2003 and has served on the Audit, Compensation and Nominating/Governance Committees of the Board.
