Charter Communications, Inc. (the "Company") is completing its reaudit of its consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2000 and 2001 and its ongoing audit of its consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2002. Accordingly, the Company requires additional time to finalize its financial statements and the related disclosures necessary to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2002.
