On March 29, 2006, DCAP Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005 and the details of the Company’s initial conference call with investors. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
