On February 27, 2006, DCAP Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the scheduled release date for the Company’s financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005, the anticipated filing date for the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for such fiscal year, and the details of the Company’s initial conference call with investors.
