Two years ago, a framed photo of Eiichiro Oda sat upon my desk, surrounded by stacks of One Piece mangas, figurines and other collectibles. I had just finished the latest chapter of the world-renowned epic saga, and I couldn’t help but feel a sense of admiration wash over me. Oda-sensei had been working on the series for over 20 years, and it had become a global phenomenon.

But as I looked at the piles of One Piece collectibles I had amassed over the years, I realized that there was so much more to this ‘fandom’ than meets the eye. I wanted to be like Oda-sensei and create something that truly embodied the spirit of One Piece — a sense of adventure, creativity, and community.
That’s when I had the idea for $ODA Token, a project that would bring together fans of One Piece and crypto enthusiasts alike. I knew that it would be a challenge to create something that was both innovative and true to the manga series, but I was determined to make it happen.
I gathered my team and we all spent the next few months researching blockchain technology and speaking with experts in the field. We wanted to make sure that $ODA Token was built on a solid foundation, and that it would be secure and accessible for everyone.
Today, the day has arrived: $ODA Token was ready to be launched. Our mission was for the entire community from all corners of the world to come together, participate in the launch and to be a part of something truly special.
This was just the beginning of an epic journey that would take One Piece and $ODA Token to new heights. The project was founded and inspired by the legendary Oda-sensei’s who tirelessly brought two decades worth of storytelling woven with friendship, teamwork and sense of community, and we believe this is a solid foundation of which the $ODA project would be built upon.
Together, we too could envision ODA Token, as the ONE Community, to strengthen PIECEs of pillars of this iconic creator.
