Mountain Air Cardio Is the Ultimate Source for Elevation Tents—Rent or Buy One Today To Improve Cardio and Recover Faster!

By: PRLog

Athletes who want to improve their cardio are often encouraged to sleep in altitude tents. If you're in the market for one, check out the MountainAir® products today.

BOULDER, Colo. - July 18, 2022 - PRLog -- Mountain Air Cardio is proud to announce the launch of their newest web page highlighting their altitude tents. Hailing the "next generation" of elevation tents, their product's innovative design is a game-changer when it comes to simulating high altitude conditions while you sleep.

Designed with the data-driven user in mind, MountainAir® elevation tents have a companion app, which you can use to set the altitude in a matter of seconds. The app also displays the environmental conditions inside the tent and graphs your altitude profile over a two week period.  Available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, the app does all the work. What's more, since the automated tents are accurate to within 100 feet of simulated altitude, you won't have to double-check their conditions using any additional tools like handheld oxygen meters or altitude charts.

You won't need industrial-grade earplugs when sleeping in a MountainAir® tent, either. Unlike other altitude tents, the MountainAir® system includes silencing technology that's a game changer. Consequently, noise levels are comparable to that of a small desk fan. That means you'll be able to sleep soundly without wearing cumbersome headphones just to block out the noise.

MountainAir® elevation tents were also designed with comfort in mind. Whereas traditional altitude simulation systems are entirely sealed off, resulting in a stuffy environment after just an hour or two of use, the MountainAir® system includes ventilation. In these tents, the hypoxic air is automatically and continuously mixed with fresh air to yield a cooler, dryer, and more comfortable environment, so you can rest easy all night long.

It's worth noting, however, that altitude tents are not recommended for everyone. If you're considering renting or buying one for everyday use, it's wise to talk to your doctor first. You'll want to confirm you have no conditions that might make sleeping at altitude risky. Generally speaking, people who should not use elevation tents include those with severe obstructive sleep apnea, heart failure, lung disease, cardiac arrhythmia, anemia, or sickle cell disease. Patients who require oxygen therapy are also advised against sleeping in altitude tents.
