Sinceri Senior Living (formerly JEA Senior Living), a large senior living management company with operations across the U.S., announced today it has acquired management contracts of another eight senior housing communities. All eight properties are located in Wisconsin.
Together, the eight properties comprise 1,303 apartment units including 592 independent, 542 assisted living, and 169 memory care units. All eight properties are located in Waukesha County or Milwaukee County, and previously managed by the Laureate Group:
Laurel Oaks, Glendale
Hart Park Square, Wauwatosa
Oak Hill Terrace, Waukesha
The Arboretum, Menomonee Falls
Library Square, West Allis
Howard Village, St. Francis
Wilkinson Woods, Oconomowoc
Layton Terrace, Greenfield
