Jeff Bezos offers to cover $2B in costs if NASA gives moon lander contract to Blue Origin

The space agency awarded a lunar lander contract to SpaceX, but the Blue Origin founder isn't ready to walk away. He's now offered to cover two years' worth of costs if NASA awards his company a contract.
