KidGlov Advertising Agency Podcast Hosts John Cooley of Nanoramic Laboratories

KidGlov, a boutique, full-service advertising, branding and content marketing agency based out of Lincoln and Omaha, Neb., recently welcomed John Cooley, chief of products at Nanoramic Laboratories, to its podcast, Agency for Change. The episode explored Cooley's industry-leading work including energy storage for electric vehicle batteries.

"As climate change accelerates, we humans are going to need more efficient, more sustainable technologies to help us reduce our impact. Luckily, there are people like John Cooley who are working to solve some of the biggest challenges of electric vehicle batteries," said Lyn Wineman, KidGlov president and chief strategist. "It was fascinating to have John on the podcast to learn more about Nanoramic Laboratories and their impact on clean technologies."

Nanoramic Laboratories is an industry-leading energy storage and advanced materials company. Spun out of MIT in 2009, the company has 150+ patents granted and pending and develops cutting-edge energy storage solutions to meet mission critical demands. One of their most successful products is proprietary battery technology, Neocarbonix® at the Core, that enables Tier-I battery companies and automotive OEMs to achieve next-gen battery performance while using existing equipment and manufacturing processes.

The Agency for Change podcast episode explored Nanoramic Laboratories' work on advanced materials for energy storage, what it means for technology to be "clean," and what's next for the industry.

"The work that we're doing is specifically focused on impacting climate change from a technology standpoint, and everything that we do about it is intended to do that as rapidly as possible," said Cooley. "We can reframe the global climate and energy crisis from a conversation of worry and blame to one of hope and optimism. I am optimistic that there are a few things going in our favor."

The full Agency for Change episode featuring Cooley can be found on KidGlov’s website, or wherever podcasts are available.
