Each year, the forum shines a light on the growing number of female industry professionals across the nation who are making positive impacts in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry via their outstanding successes. Ms. Novak is one of 35 women honored as a ‘Corporate Real Estate Executive Woman of Influence’ for their remarkable achievements this year, following GlobeSt’s call for nominations across categories spanning the entire CRE spectrum.

Ms. Novak’s influence can be seen across her extensive academic project portfolio, which includes building facilities and student housing projects at UC Riverside, California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, UC Hastings Law School, UC Los Angeles, UC San Diego, University of Southern California, San Diego State University, and the Los Angeles Community College District.
