Pete Tuffo will continue to be President of Florida Gulf Coast and will take on the additional responsibility of Director of National Gaming and Entertainment. Mr. Tuffo’s deep roots and relationships on Florida’s Gulf Coast, and his experience managing complex projects will position Suffolk for long-term success in that region. Mr. Tuffo’s successful management of casino projects, such as Seminole Hard Rock Hotels in Hollywood and Tampa, and his strong client relationships in the Gaming sector will help position Suffolk as a premier national player in this high-growth sector.

Fayette will spearhead the management of all operations in the East Coast region of Florida and will oversee signature Suffolk ongoing projects in the region, including 475 Royal Palm Residence, Alba Palm Beach, Lightspeed Facility, Palm Beach International Airport Concourse B Expansion, La Baia and Make-A-Wish Southern Florida Headquarters, among others.
