There is a new logo, new colours, and new marketing story. The Bucking bull story is the foundation and marketing tool for the brand. Wade Pearse, CEO and marketing director of Bucking Bull jerky stated, “The name Chef Cuterie was causing confusion in the market as to what it is we actually do.
