LOS ANGELES, CA, December 06, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The "Incheon MICE Enterprise Scale-up Program" hosted by the Incheon Tourism Organization (President Baek Hyeon) and operated by the leading Accelerator in Korea, TAP Angel Partners (Representative Director Park Jaehyeon) ended by achieving enhancement of capabilities for start-ups through establishing domestic and foreign cooperation of participating enterprises and presenting blueprint in the field of management/business/marketing.
This program supported ▴corporate diagnosis (management/business/marketing), consulting by field, domestic and foreign network establishment, and scale-up program such as IR capability enhancement for 3 startups in the MICE field located in Incheon that have been established at least 3 years ago.
For corporate diagnosis expert personnel in startup training/early investment, professionals made up of professors from startup graduate school were invited to establish core milestones by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and diagnosis in multiple aspects.
Also, consulting by field according to the growth stage of each individual startup enterprise, such as management strategy, strengthening competitiveness of business item, establishment of marketing strategy, etc. and short, mid, and long-term roadmaps were presented.
Additionally, through the networking event in which related agencies such as the Korea Tourism Organization, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, Korea Technology Finance Corporation, RIPC, etc. were invited, domestic network establishment was promoted through exchange of knowledge and experience and lecture on each field.
Abroad, it participated in the largest MICE exhibition "ITB Asia 2022" held in Singapore, identified the latest trends of the industry, visited 6 agencies specialized with MICE and startup, such as NTUitive (Singapore Nanyang Technological University Technology Holding Company), ACE (Singapore Startup Support Association), Singapore Startup Support Center of Korea Tourism Organization, etc. and succeeded in expanding the network to the global level.
Also, in consulting for strengthening IR capability, enhancement of speech capability was pursued through 1:1 pitching mentoring, and doubled the experience for future investment attraction for each participating enterprise through advancement of the IR Deck formation and design.
An associate of the Incheon Tourism Organization said, "It was a valuable time to discover promising MICE startup enterprises within Incheon and help them contribute to the expansion of domestic and foreign networks. We will continue to fully support so that the Incheon MICE industry with sustainable growth possibility will raise its value."
In this program, 3 startups in the MICE field located in Incheon that have been established at least 3 years ago participated, including Manmanboys (Chulho Jang), Shootbutton (Jae-hwan Lee) and Inviter (Tae-won Yun).
