Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On August 3, 2007, Terex Corporation (the “Company”) filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (“Form 10-Q”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

 

The financial information in the Form 10-Q reflects a reclassification in the presentation of $44.2 million of book overdrafts from Cash and cash equivalents to Trade accounts payable when compared to the information previously reported in the Company’s Press Release dated July 25, 2007.

 

The adjustments arising from this reclassification are set forth in detail in Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
