ITEM 2.05 COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH EXIT OR DISPOSAL ACTIVITIES.
In connection with reducing its operations in Venlo, the Netherlands,
Belden CDT Inc. (the "Company") expects to incur severance charges in the form
of contractual termination benefits of approximately $4.0 million.
ITEM 2.06 MATERIAL IMPAIRMENTS.
The Company also expects to recognize a non-cash impairment charge of
approximately $2.5 million for certain idled data cable manufacturing equipment
in its Budapest, Hungary facility.
