     On April 24, 2008, Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Inverness Medical Innovations Announces First Quarter 2008 Results” (the “Earnings Release”), a copy of which is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
