On October 26, 2006, Regency Energy Partners LP, or the Partnership, declared a cash distribution
with respect to all outstanding common units (other than Class B and Class C common unit) and
subordinated units of the Partnership in the amount of $0.37 per unit payable on November 14, 2006
to holders of record on November 7, 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1
hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
