Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Pursuant to the Holly Corporation Long-Term Incentive Compensation Plan, Holly Corporation
grants to certain of its employees, including executive officers, performance share units.
A form of agreement for grants of performance share units to employees including executive
officers is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 8-K.
